What will I actually be charged?
Members pay $199 per month. It is billed monthly and renews until you cancel. There is no setup fee, no contract and no minimum term.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime. If you cancel your membership, any applicable refund will be prorated based on your cancellation date and your monthly recurring billing date.
Will someone read my records or work on my claim?
No. We do not review documents, complete or submit claims, or represent veterans before the VA. Our mission is to educate veterans.
Are you accredited by the VA?
No. KMD89 is an independent, education-only company. We are not VA-accredited or affiliated with the VA, and we do not provide the services offered by VSOs or VA-accredited representatives. Our founder is a retired VA Rating Specialist who was trained by the VA. Today, he uses that training, knowledge, and experience to educate veterans about the VA claims process.
Can you guarantee a rating?
No. Nobody outside the VA can, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something. What you can control is understanding how the evidence is weighed before you file.
